What is Budez CR

Budez CR 3 mg is an oral steroid medication for the prevention of asthma attacks. The Capsule contains the drug budesonide. Budez CR acts by relaxing the smooth muscle of the lungs, which helps to open airways and it also prevents inflammation of the lungs, Budez also reduces the chance of asthma attacks. Budez CR 3 mg contains an anti-inflammatory corticosteroid to help prevent wheezing or shortness of breath and should not be used with other steroid medications without prior approval of your doctor.

Budez CR is not a cure for asthma or chronic bronchitis, but it is rather a treatment that can ease the symptoms related to asthma such as difficulty breathing. This medication opens air passages to allow the user to breathe easier. Budez CR 3 mg capsules are the best form of treatment of asthma for individuals who have had an unfavorable reaction when using an inhaler or nebulizer.

Budez is available in various forms including inhalers, nasal spray, and capsules. Budez CR is a 3 mg capsule; manufactured by Sun Pharma.
This medication is used to ease breathing for patients with asthma, chronic bronchitis, and emphysema.

How to Use Budez CR

Budez CR must be taken as prescribed by your doctor. Your doctor will prescribe the medication to be taken at a certain time, at the onset of certain symptoms, or for exposure to conditions that could lead to an asthma attack. Do not over use asthma medications, excessive use will decrease effectiveness.

Take one Capsule with a glass of water. This form of asthma medication has fewer side effects than other asthma medications. Precautions and Warnings

Budez CR is not intended for children under 6 years of age. Budesonide is known to affect growth patterns in children; your child's growth should be monitored and report any growth irregularities to the child's doctor.
Long term use of steroids can lead to osteoporosis. Your risk is increased if you are sedentary, smoke, have calcium or vitamin D deficiencies or if you have a family history of osteoporosis. Talk to your doctor about your risks and what you can do to prevent osteoporosis.

Do not give this medication to anyone else, even if they have the same symptoms.
